This final report presents an ex-post economic evaluation of Zambian transport infrastructure investments between 2010 and 2020. Authored by Developing Transport Solutions Ltd. and published by the Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis & Research on behalf of the FCDO Evidence Fund, the study assesses the economic performance, effects and lessons of transport infrastructure investment in Zambia. It reviews project context, objectives, governance and methodological issues to inform future transport planning, appraisal and evidence-based infrastructure policy.
