This study develops a Value for Money (VfM) framework for the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office’s (FCDO) demand-responsive Evidence Fund and K4DD programmes. These initiatives support UK development, diplomacy, and strategic goals, primarily in low- and middle-income countries. Research requests originate from FCDO/HMG missions across Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, and MENA.
