This study evaluates the portfolio of 15 programmes implemented by the FCDO's Caribbean Development Team between 2015 and 2023, which aimed to improve resilience across multiple thematic areas. The geographical scope encompasses the member states of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), with a particular focus on seven ODA-eligible anglophone countries receiving direct support. Case studies were conducted in Belize, Dominica, Guyana, Jamaica, Barbados, Suriname, and The Bahamas to inform the evaluation.
